Gallery & Partnership Policy

RTC Abstracts values collaborations with galleries, institutions, and design professionals that are transparent, mutually beneficial, and collector-focused. Our priority is to ensure that all exhibitions, listings, and partnerships maintain the integrity and provenance of each artwork.

Last Updated: January 31, 2026

1. Consignment-Based Engagement Only

RTC Abstracts participates in partnerships on a consignment or commission basis. This ensures that both parties are invested in successful sales and collector satisfaction, rather than upfront fees that create misaligned incentives.

We do not pay upfront fees to be listed, published, or "featured" in galleries, directories, or exhibitions. Any legitimate partnership should be based on the quality and marketability of the work, not on the artist's ability to pay for exposure.

2. Collector-Focused Transactions

Sales are processed through verified galleries, marketplaces, or private collectors. We prioritize partnerships that have established collector relationships and documented sales history.

Exposure alone (without verified collector engagement or sales track record) is not considered a valid partnership. Legitimate galleries focus on selling art, not selling the promise of visibility.

3. Rights Retention

All copyrights, reproduction rights, and digital ownership remain with RTC Abstracts unless explicitly agreed in a signed contract. This protects the long-term value and integrity of the work.

Any partnership agreement that requires transfer of rights, exclusive digital licensing, or reproduction permissions must be clearly documented and mutually agreed upon in writing before engagement.

4. Verification & Transparency

Before engaging, we request clear references, verifiable exhibition history, or documentation of past sales. This protects both the artist and collectors from fraudulent or vanity galleries.

All partnerships must be transparent, professional, and aligned with RTC Abstracts' standards of presentation. We reserve the right to decline partnerships that do not meet these criteria, regardless of the opportunity presented.

Conclusion

RTC Abstracts welcomes genuine gallery collaborations and design partnerships that respect these principles. This ensures that both artists and collectors benefit, while maintaining the integrity and value of the work.
