4.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All products sold through rtcabstracts.com are sold by RTC Abstracts, a DBA of Crose Holdings / CROS3 LLC. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all direct purchases. Items must be returned in original condition with packaging and proof of purchase.

4.2 Return Process

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number
  2. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Pack item securely and ship to provided address
  4. Retain tracking number

Important: Do not ship items without return authorization.

4.3 Pictorem Print Orders

Print orders fulfilled through our third-party provider Pictorem are sold by RTC Abstracts, a DBA of Crose Holdings / CROS3 LLC. However, once orders are transferred to Pictorem for fulfillment, returns and refunds are subject to Pictorem's fulfillment policies. RTC Abstracts is not responsible for fulfillment, shipping, or customer service related to Pictorem print orders after transfer.

4.4 Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized artwork, digital downloads, gift cards, and items marked "final sale" cannot be returned.

5. Shipping Policy

5.1 Shipping Services

All products shipped from rtcabstracts.com are sold and shipped by RTC Abstracts, a DBA of Crose Holdings / CROS3 LLC. We offer standard (5-7 days), expedited (2-3 days), and express (1-2 days) shipping options.

5.2 Free Shipping

Free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the continental United States.

5.3 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Custom orders may take 3-5 business days.

5.4 Pictorem Print Orders

Print orders fulfilled through our third-party provider Pictorem are sold by RTC Abstracts, a DBA of Crose Holdings / CROS3 LLC, but have separate shipping terms. Shipping is handled directly by Pictorem after order transfer. RTC Abstracts is not responsible for shipping, delivery, or fulfillment issues after transfer to Pictorem.

5.5 Carrier Responsibility

RTC Abstracts is not responsible for delays or damage once the carrier takes possession. All shipments are automatically insured.

6. Loyalty Program Terms

6.1 Program Administration

The RTC Abstracts Loyalty Program is administered by RTC Abstracts, a DBA of Crose Holdings / CROS3 LLC. Participation is subject to these Terms and the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

6.2 Earning Points

Earn 1 point per $1 spent on qualifying purchases. Bonus points available for account creation (100 points), birthday (50 points), reviews (25 points), social shares (10 points), and referrals (200 points).

6.3 Membership Tiers

  • Bronze: $0-$499 annual spend - Standard benefits
  • Silver: $500-$1,499 annual spend - 1.5x points, free standard shipping
  • Gold: $1,500+ annual spend - 2x points, free expedited shipping, exclusive previews

6.4 Redeeming Points

100 points = $1 off (minimum 500 points). Points can be redeemed for discounts, free shipping, exclusive rewards, or charitable donations. Maximum redemption: 50% of order total.

6.5 Point Expiration

Points expire 12 months from earning date. Email notifications sent 30 days before expiration.

6.6 Limitations

7. Intellectual Property & Licensing

7.3 Commercial Use License

Commercial use of RTC Abstracts artwork requires a separate commercial license agreement. Commercial use includes but is not limited to:

  • Display in commercial spaces (offices, hotels, restaurants, retail)
  • Use in marketing materials, websites, or publications
  • Incorporation into products for resale
  • Use in film, television, or digital media productions

7.4 Interior Design & Architecture Projects

Interior designers and architects purchasing artwork for client projects receive a project-specific license that covers:

  • Display of purchased prints in the specified project location
  • Inclusion in project portfolio and marketing materials with proper attribution
  • Photography of installed artwork for professional documentation

This license does not permit reproduction, digital distribution, or use beyond the specific project.

7.5 Copyright Notice

7.6 Enforcement

8. Custom Work & Commissioned Photography

8.1 Commission Availability

RTC Abstracts accepts select commissioned photography projects on a case-by-case basis. All commissioned work is subject to availability, creative fit, and these terms.

8.2 Commission Process

  1. Initial Consultation: Contact us with your project vision, intended use, timeline, and budget
  2. Proposal & Quote: We provide a detailed proposal including scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing
  3. Agreement: Upon acceptance, both parties sign a commission agreement
  4. Deposit: 50% deposit required to begin work
  5. Creation: Photography and editing process (timeline varies by project)
  6. Review: Client reviews work and requests revisions (up to 2 rounds included)
  7. Final Payment: Remaining 50% due upon approval
  8. Delivery: Final files delivered in agreed formats

8.3 Pricing

Commission pricing varies based on:

  • Project scope and complexity
  • Number of final deliverables
  • Usage rights and licensing terms
  • Timeline and urgency
  • Travel requirements (if applicable)

Minimum commission: $500. Contact us for a custom quote.

8.4 Intellectual Property in Commissions

Unless otherwise specified in the commission agreement, RTC Abstracts retains copyright to all commissioned work. Clients receive a license to use the work as specified in the agreement. RTC Abstracts reserves the right to display commissioned work in portfolios, marketing materials, and exhibitions unless exclusivity is negotiated.

8.5 Revisions

Two rounds of revisions are included in the commission fee. Additional revisions are billed at $150/hour. Major scope changes may require a revised quote.

8.6 Cancellation

Client Cancellation: Deposits are non-refundable. If cancellation occurs after work has begun, client is responsible for payment proportional to work completed.

Artist Cancellation: If RTC Abstracts must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, full deposit is refunded and client is not responsible for any fees.

8.7 Timeline

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays due to client feedback, revisions, or external factors do not constitute breach of agreement.

Commission agreements are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

9. Marketing & Email Communications

9.1 Email Subscription

By creating an account or making a purchase, you consent to receive transactional emails related to your orders, account, and loyalty program. You may also opt in to receive marketing communications including newsletters, promotions, and new artwork announcements.

9.2 Types of Emails

Transactional Emails (Cannot Opt Out):

  • Order confirmations and shipping notifications
